Here is how they are done:
Start by locating your PC muscle. Your PC muscle actually starts at the anus (your butt hole). Start by squeezing your butt hole closed as if you were trying to hold in gas. Do this without flexing any other muscles like your thighs or your butt checks. Once you are sure you are squeezing the right one, simply squeeze it tightly and hold it. This is the Kegel exercise.
Squeeze and hold it for 3 to 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds. See how many reps you can do before these feel tired. Like any exercise program, it takes time to learn and do, and results vary from days to weeks.
Once you know your baseline, build from there. Start with 5 reps (squeeze/hold/release) then take a 30 second break, then do 5 more reps. Start at 4 minutes. Then build from there until you have increased the amount of reps before a 30 second break, and work up to 10 minutes. Go easy at first.
Once you’ve worked your way to this point, start to vary the length of time you hold squeezed for, and also the numbers per set. Try working up to 3 or 4 times a day. Again, you can do these anytime almost anywhere. Have along commute to work, do them in the car.

yes you are so correct and for women who sit and write like I do or counsel on the phone, i can do kegel exercise while sitting in my chair, for more intense orgasm for women, there are some more graffice maybe not appropriate for this site things that they can do to make the experience for their partner even stronger, by placing ....in...and using the muscle that way and griping is workd wonders for women who have had children even better than kegel....
